General Campground Info

Location: 13965 Ballard Loop, Carthage, MO 64836, near Joplin, I-49, and Route 66.
Check-in/out: 2:00 PM / 11:00 AM. Early or late check-in may be available.
Rates: Daily, weekly, and monthly rates available.
RV sites: Full hookups with water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric. Pull-through sites accommodate rigs up to 45 ft.
Camping: RV, tent, and cabin options available.
Long-term stays: Monthly and extended stays welcome; utilities included.
Wi-Fi: Free throughout the campground.
Sites: Shaded back-in and spacious pull-through sites available.
 

Reservations & Payments

Reservations can be made online or by phone.
A deposit is required to secure a site.

Cancellation: 7+ days’ notice = full refund minus credit card/platform fees. Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable.
Same-day reservations and walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Payment accepted by cash and major credit cards.
Discounts available for Good Sam members, seniors 65+, and military.
Stays may be extended if space is available.
 

Rules & Policies

 

• No RV/vehicle washing, mechanic work, clotheslines, window A/C units, deep freezers, or homesteading.

• Indoor furniture must remain indoors; only outdoor furniture may be outside.

• No outdoor rugs on grass or trash cans at sites.

• Non-factory steps, skirting, and RVs over 10 years old for monthly stays require management approval.

• Sewer/water hookups must be properly supported. Extended stays require sewer support ladders.

• Liquid waste may only be dumped in designated areas.

• Heated water hoses are required before November 1.

• RVs must be in working condition.

• Pets must be leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after.

• Parents are responsible for children under 12; children may not play in roadways.

• Laundry, restrooms, and showers are open 24/7. Keep facilities clean and follow posted rules.

• Campfires are allowed only in fire rings, must be attended and fully extinguished. Fireworks are prohibited.

• All garbage must go in designated dumpsters.

• Storm shelter is located at the back/top corner of the property.

• Management may immediately evict guests who violate rules or cause disturbances.
